The Viper-GT is a stunning model aimed at the upper part of the market with a Super CLC (Complex Laminate Construction) outer shell, Hyper Ridge reinforcement for even more stiffness of the shell and completely removable interior.

Much attention is given to an extremely high level of comfort. The standard Pinlock inner visor effectively prevents fogging and misting of the visor, while the new DDL3 ventilation duct at the rear of the helmet provides efficient ventilation.

SUPER CLC: Super Complex Laminate Construction. Three layers of super fibre composite for a very rigid outer shell.
HYBRID MULTIPLE-DENSITY FOAM EPS LINER: Is Arai's unique technology of giving multiply different densities to the liner as a single component instead of assembling several different density liners to make the final part.
HYPER RIDGE: Reinforcement at the bottom of the outer shell for more strength, including the area around rear exhaust vents.
PINLOCK FOG-FREE SHIELD: Comes standard with the helmet. Prevents effectively fogging or misting of the shield.
DDL3 DUCT: Comes standard with the helmet. Prevents effectively fogging or misting of the shield.
LRS: Lever Release System. Visor change in seconds without tools. Cleaning or replacing the shield made really easy.
CHIN VENT: Two position vent with integrated filter: half open directs the airflow down, full open for visor demist function.
FFS: Combining new cheek pad design, redesigned neck roll, and extended pull-down chin spoiler helps reduce wind noise and increase the exhaust of hot air.
BREATHGUARD: Removable breath guard helps reduce fogging by deflecting breath away from the face shield area.
CHIN SPOILER: Unique Pull-Down airflow chin spoiler further helps minimize wind noise.
REMOVABLE INTERIOR: Plush removable and fully washable interior is easily cleaned to provide a fresh helmet whenever you desire.
CHINSTRAP: Cover made of plush interior fabric for more comfort and better fit.
BROW VENTILATION SYSTEM: More cooling air in the upper face area.
DEMIST LOCK: Ventilate the shield, yet keeps it locked.

Summary	Fantastic helmet. Fits like the proverbial glove. So plush, and well made. If you haven't tried an Arai, you don't know. I've had this one for two years. It fits as good as the day I bought it. It's actually my second Viper, the first suffered an early demise after an unfortunate bit of road rash. Have to say it's performance was faultless. The visor eyebrow vents do a good job at demisting. The Arai visor change system is the easiest and most convenient I've come across. There's a slight knack to it, but once you've got it it takes seconds to change.
